Customer Testimonial

When I began to notice in 2013 my out dated 2007 version of QuickBooks POS was beginning to crash on a regular basis I thought it was time to start researching someone to perform an upgrade to my POS for my small antique business. I began searching the internet and BIC and Diane came up in a search for QuickBooks POS support and management. I spoke to Diane several times by phone and email and we scheduled a time to perform the upgrade. Diane and Rinda came out and as promised all went well. Also, at that time Diane set up remote access to my computer so Rinda can log on and perform monthly bank reconciliations, tech support when needed and end of year reports.

At the end of the day I can feel confident knowing that I am in good hands with BIC, and Diane and Rinda.”Stephen Plakotoris, Worthington Antiques
