Diane Oberlin,

founder and President of Business Information Consultants LLC, has been dedicated to helping businesses successfully manage their accounting needs for over 15 years.

It is Diane’s belief that with proper hands-on instruction, she can help businesses get started on the right foot using QuickBooks software products.  With expert setup and training, she helps businesses simplify what they are already doing – paying bills, invoices customers, managing projects, tracking sales tax, and much more.

Diane truly is a QuickBooks expert.  She has completed several comprehensive QuickBooks training courses and exams in order to become Advanced Certified.  She holds the following QuickBooks Certifications:

Diane is also a member of the Intuit Premier Reseller Program.

Diane has a very close knit family and enjoys spending her spare time with them. She has two adult children. Diane loves being outdoors and staying active – walking, biking, and gardening. She also enjoys live music, traveling and is an avid Ravens and Orioles fan.


Karen Youngberg

Karen Youngberg has been a part of our staff for many years providing outstanding bookkeeping services to our clients. Karen is a certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor. Recently, Karen has taken on a new role with BIC helping with administrative work part-time.


Terri and LoganTerri Lewis

Terri is our administrative assistant. Terri had owned a small business for 18 years.  She brings to our staff a working knowledge of small businesses and looks forward to a new career path. She is working to expand her skills and currently working on QB certifications. Her duties include placing orders, customer service, and other administrative tasks. Terri enjoys spending time with family and friends, and her German Shepherd and Rough Collie.
